DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
Yes, we are very proud of our work ethic and strive to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied. If you are not reasonably (we missed a few piles) satisfied with our service that week, we will make every effort to come back that same day and re-clean.
Also please remember, if your dogs are outside, there is a possibility that they may leave a pile after we've cleaned so we are not responsible for that pile(s) and we will catch up the following week. Or, if you have children that come home before you and they let the dog out prior to your return, you may think we didn't come clean. We do our very best each and every visit to get every bit of waste out of your yard, as we pride ourselves on a job well done.
We make every attempt to clean on your scheduled day. However, schedules and circumstances may vary. So;
EntreMANURE's part - we will call, text or email you to give you an update if something has changed. Emailing is our primary means to update you. Please insure we are not going to your spam mail, thank you.
HIGH GRASS, LEAVES, SNOW/ICE : - No matter the weather or time of year, we come out and do the very best we can each and every week. So, we get what we can physically see. When the grass is kept short and the leaves kept raked we can see more. Otherwise we will catch up what we didn't see the following cleaning day.
TOYS AND OTHER DEBRIS LEFT ON YARD: - Sometimes yards have trampolines, low decks, large toys, hoses etc lying on or covering the grass. Again, we always to do the best we can however we do not move things around to find waste. If you move an item left on the grass and there was waste under it, leaving it exposed we will catch up with it the following cleaning day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE KEEP OUR GATE LOCKED WITH A KEYED LOCK, COMBINATION LOCK OR LOCK IT FROM THE INSIDE?
We have customers in each catagory. We would need to arrange a way to have access to your yard each cleaning day. Weather it be an extra key, the combination or you unlocking it each cleaning day. If you have forgotton to unlock it from the inside, please call us so we can make arrangements to get in. If no access we will return the next scheduled day and clean up two weeks of waste. NO price adjustment is made.
WHAT IF WE HAVEN'T CLEANED OUR YARD FOR SOME TIME, IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE?

CAN WE LEAVE OUR DOGS OUT DURING YOUR CLEANINGS?
Absolutely, we love dogs as long as they are people friendly. If we find them to be agressive, we will ask that you keep them inside, in a kennel or secure in some way as to protect the scooper from harm.
HOW DO WE PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE?
We are a PRE PAY service only, please review our "Waste Removal Payment Policy". Payment is due the first scheduled cleaning day of the month. If you decide to leave payment for us please do so on the Front Door only. We do email billing so we ask that you give us a regularly checked email address. If you do not have a computer we can mail you a paper invoice. No check on the door, your cleaning is skipped.
DO WE HAVE TO SIGN ANY CONTRACTS OR HAVE TO AGREE TO USE YOUR SERVICE FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME?
Absolutely not! There are NO contracts to sign. We value your business but require no specific time frame. However, we ask that you give us a reasonable advanced warning if you decide for some reason to stop service with us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE GO ON VACATION?
Please let us know when you will be gone and if you would like for us to put your service on hold during your absence. Upon your return, we will resume regular service and adjust your invoice accordingly. If you happen to go on vacation or gone the day of the cleaning and DID NOT notify us, there is no price adjustment or credit for that cleaning.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ENTREMANURE GOES ON VACATION?
From time to time we like to go on vacation or occasionally take a long weekend. We'll let you know in advance the dates we will be gone on vacation. Our policy is that you just leave the waste for that time frame and we will gladly remove the waste when we return. There will be no price adjustment made for we will be cleaning up the same amount of waste as if we didn't go on vacaton. If we leave for an extended weekend, we will double up a couple of days and be sure to clean your yard during the week before we leave.
WHAT ABOUT DURING THE WINTER WHEN WE DON'T USE OUR YARDS?
You do have the option of quitting for the winter BUT, if you stop service for 3 or 4 months and restart in the spring, there is still going to be 3-4 months of waste lying on the ground waiting to smell up your yard etc. Remember 2-3 piles per day per dog.... How much waste is going to be in your yard at the end of those months you put on hold. That is why its much easier at the super low prices to just keep the service going. I have zero customers right now that do this. Restarting puts you at the excessive waste/initial cleaning again and that price could be quite hefty to catch the yard back up. If you review the "Why Use Us" & "Health Reasons To Use Us" you will be convinced why you should keep the service going year round.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFER SOMEONE TO YOU?
Each customer that refers someone gets one FREE week credited on their invoice. You are given One FREE week for each referral.
IS SUPPLYING AN EMAIL ADDRESS IMPORTANT?
Yes it is! This is a quick and efficient way to notify our customers about a change in schedule, send a reminder about a payment or for our customers to get a hold of us with questions and comments. And we do email billing now as a priority!
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE EITHER GAIN OR LOOSE A DOG?
Although, we may see some change happening by the increase or decrease in the amount of waste being removed from your yard, we ask that you keep us informed so we can keep our records straight and invoice you properly. If we notice an increase in waste we will assume you have another dog and will bill you accordingly.
