We understand you can find many ways to spend your extra money. That is why we value our customers greatly and provide excellent customer service with integrity as our focus.
INITIAL CLEANING/EXCESSIVE WASTE or ONE TIME CLEAN-UP ONLY: (longer than 30 days of no cleaning)
(new service start up, family bbq, b-day party, after winter clean-up, etc)
On our first visit we will catch up your yard from the last time you cleaned. The average dog leaves 3 piles per day depending on the brand of food and how often they are fed. This can add up to a lot of waste. You can choose to do the initial cleaning yourself, or let us do it for you. Our charges for this INITIAL CLANING/EXCESSIVE WASTE or ONE TIME CLEAN-UP "STARTS"at $40.00 for the first dog and $15.00 for each additional dog. This fee is a ONE TIME charge only and will be applied to your first invoice. Each cleaning thereafter is at the regular rate.
FREE BONUS CLEANINGS
Since we have been in the dog waste removal business a long time we realize dogs and cats enjoy making a sport of chasing birds, rabbits, squirrels, rodents etc. So it is not unusual to find some small dead animals in the yard. For your convenience and because we value you as a customer, we will go ahead and scoop these up at no extra charge and remove them as well, in order to keep your yard clean and healthy for your pets and family.
TREATS FOR YOUR PET
We refrain from giving your dog treats. We are unsure of your dogs diet and or possible weight problems so we feel it's best we say hello and show some love, affection and maybe play with them for a minute in place of treats.
RESIDENTIAL OVER SIZED LOTS/YARDS
Customers with yards/lots that are extremely large (oversized) will be charged the next price up from what is listed below. ie a 1 dog price will be charged the 2 dog pricing etc.
REAL SMALL DOGS?
Two really small dogs may equal a ONE dog price & THREE really small dogs may equal a TWO dog price!

COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES:Apartments/Townhomes
We charge $8.00 per week per the number of buildings/structures on your property depending on the size of the building and the total area to be serviced, this also includes the club house.
If the property has not been cleaned prior to our start date, an excessive waste fee equal to 1/2 the monthly billing will be added to your first invoice in order to catch up the property. A six month minimum service contract is required.
FREE WEEKS:
Receive one FREE week for each signed up and paid referral. Your free week will be deducted from your next invoice upon payment of the newly signed customer's 1st invoice.
